Complete the secure form below. It is available to every CampusThreads Ambassador user and does not require you to sign in. The form creates a tracked request and shows a reference after submission.
How verification works
CampusThreads will contact you using the email address submitted with the request. We may ask for information about the associated Ambassador account or organization before processing it. Our response does not confirm whether an account exists until identity verification is complete.
What the request covers
An approved request deletes or de-identifies the Ambassador account and personal data associated with it, including contact details, profile information, authentication records, notification tokens, and personal identifiers held in connected services.
Records that may be kept
CampusThreads or the organization that manages the Ambassador account may need to keep some work, payroll, invoice, fraud-prevention, security, audit, or shared organization records when required by law or a customer contract. Personal fields in retained records are limited where possible.
Timing
Most verified requests are completed within 30 days. CampusThreads will send a completion notice after the account and associated personal data have been deleted or de-identified.
