These terms tell you the rules for using all services provided by CampusThreads, on behalf of our partner universities, either hosted on our website at www.CampusThreads.co, applications at app.campusthreads.co, ambassador.campusthreads.co, connect.campusthreads.co, integrated via widgets on a university website or provided via the CampusThreads Mobile App.

CampusThreads is a service operated by CampusThreads Network Corp. (“We”). We are a limited company registered in Canada under company number 1549839-2 and have our registered office at PO BOX 30057 TORONTO RPO DOVERCOURT, ON M6J 3V3. To contact us, please email team@CampusThreads.co.
By using CampusThreads you accept these terms
By using CampusThreads, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use CampusThreads. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

These terms of use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of CampusThreads: Our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using CampusThreads, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the permitted uses and prohibited uses of CampusThreads. When using CampusThreads, you must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
We may make changes to these terms
We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use CampusThreads, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
We may make changes to CampusThreads
We may update and change CampusThreads from time to time to reflect changes to CampusThreads, our users’ needs, our university partners’ needs, and our business priorities. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes that affect you.
We may suspend or withdraw CampusThreads
Our site is made available free of charge.
We do not guarantee that CampusThreads, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of CampusThreads for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access CampusThreads through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
Minimum User Age
Our Platform is only intended for use by persons above the age of consent in their respective jurisdiction. End Users are required to submit their date of birth for age verification purposes. Where there is a justifiable reason to use the Platform below the relevant age of consent, parental consent will be required for such use.
Free brand workspaces
CampusThreads offers a free software plan for brand and field marketing teams. The plan currently includes up to 100 ambassadors and 1 GB of workspace storage. AI features have monthly usage allowances. Current limits appear in the product or on the CampusThreads website.
Ambassador sourcing, CRM connections, higher limits, and hands-on services may require a paid agreement. CampusThreads can change plan limits or included features with reasonable notice. Existing paid customer agreements continue to govern those customers.
Inactive ambassadors and program records
A workspace owner can mark an ambassador inactive. A person who has been active in the workspace continues to count toward the plan’s ambassador allowance after being marked inactive. Earlier activity remains part of the workspace record, including shifts, events, conversations, training, submitted files, expenses, rewards, referrals, lead records, and other records linked to that person. This preserves program reports and history. Customers can use available deletion controls or send a documented deletion request. The Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement govern deletion.
Fair use and account safety
You may use the service for lawful ambassador and field marketing work. Automated account creation, bulk unsolicited messages, malicious files, attempts to bypass limits, excessive requests, and activity that harms the service or another user are prohibited. You are responsible for people who access your workspace and for the content they submit.
CampusThreads may rate-limit, suspend, or close an account when its use threatens security, availability, legal compliance, or other customers. We may ask you to reduce usage or move to a paid agreement when activity exceeds the published free limits.
Workspace closure
You can ask CampusThreads to close a free workspace by emailing team@campusthreads.co from the workspace owner address. Export data you need before closure. We handle deletion under our Privacy Policy and any agreement that applies to the workspace.
