How to allow a website domain for the prospect widget
Maintain an explicit domain allowlist that limits where the widget can appear.
School administrators
Open: Admin portal → Widget Customization → Security.
What to do
- Open the domain or website allowlist.
- Add the exact production hostname that will display the widget.
- Add separate staging or preview hostnames only when they are required.
- Save the settings and test from each approved website.
- Remove unused domains after migrations or campaign launches end.

- Add separate entries for a subdomain and its parent domain when both host the widget.
- The public sandbox keeps allowed domains fixed.
