How to configure questions shown before prospect messaging
Choose which questions prospects answer before a human conversation begins.
School administrators
Open: Admin portal → Widget Customization → Prospect Questions.
What to do
- Select Add Question and enter the question text.
- Choose Yes/No, Text, Select, or Multi-Select and add options where required.
- Choose the required or optional setting. Activate the question before saving it.
- Drag custom questions into the desired order.
- Test the prospect experience on an allowed website before promoting it.
Details
- You can reorder the built-in education, application, enrollment, and program-interest questions. Their wording and presence stay fixed.
- Required questions block submission until answered. After the required answers are complete, prospects can skip optional questions.
