How to connect Salesforce or Zapier to CampusThreads
Connect CampusThreads to Salesforce or Zapier and keep prospect records current.

Open: Admin portal → Prospects → Connect Salesforce or Connect Zapier.
What to do
- Open the appropriate connection panel and complete the authorized sign-in flow.
- Open Field Mapping and match CampusThreads prospect details or custom-question answers to compatible destination fields.
- Review warnings for required, unique, picklist, length, or data-type constraints.
- Use Sync Now for one existing prospect or Resync All when a broader refresh is required.
- Monitor the destination system and remove the integration once its use ends.

- The supported sync direction is CampusThreads to the connected system.
- Only prospects with an email address can sync. New mappings apply to future sync activity. Existing destination records stay unchanged.
