How to create an ambassador training module
Build a training module for a selected cohort and follow each ambassador’s progress.

Open: Admin portal → Resources & Training → Training Modules.
What to do
- Select Add Training Module.
- Add a clear title and the learning content. Include supported files or links where useful.
- Add quiz or readiness questions when assessment is required.
- Choose the ambassadors or groups who must complete the module.
- Publish the reviewed draft and monitor completion from the module and ambassador records.
Details
- Use one learning objective per module when possible.
- Pair policy content with scenarios ambassadors will encounter during program work.
