How to export prospects as a CSV spreadsheet
Download the current prospect view as a CSV file for approved reporting and data workflows.
School administrators
Open: Admin portal → Prospects.
What to do
- Apply status, source, program, date, or other available filters.
- Use search to narrow the result set further.
- Check the count shown on Export As CSV.
- Select Export As CSV to download that exact filtered set.
- Store and share the file according to your institution’s data-handling rules.
Details
- Exports include stable CampusThreads IDs, contact and consent fields, enrollment details, timestamps, interests, programs, and active custom-question answers where available.
- Empty source fields remain empty in the exported file.
