How CampusThreads keeps ambassador chat human

Messages shown under an ambassador’s name come from that ambassador, with automated experiences carrying a dedicated label and identity.

What to do

  1. The conversation label and profile identify who provides each answer.
  2. An ambassador writes and sends every message shown under their name.
  3. AI can surface approved context for an ambassador. The ambassador chooses the answer and sends it under their own name.
  4. Each automated experience carries a visible label. Verify consequential information with the institution.
  5. Use reporting or support controls when the source of an answer is unclear.

Details

  • CampusThreads is built around human connection.
  • Each institution controls access to its labeled AI experience through local policy.
