- Use supported Salesforce or Zapier connections for approved prospect workflows.
- Map organization-approved prospect fields to compatible destination fields.
- Use a support-assisted, test-first process for Slate when available to the institution.
- Use the Integration API only through documented, authorized integrations.
- Choose MCP when an authorized administrator needs broader, natural-language operational tools across the ambassador program.

- The Integration API is intentionally narrower than MCP.
- CampusThreads provisions production credentials through approved channels. Public documentation covers the connection flow and security requirements.
