How to create and manage program locations
Save the sites your program uses for shifts, visits, maps, and asset work.

Open: Admin portal → Locations → Add New Location.
What to do
- Enter a clear label and choose the location type.
- Add the address and select the position on the map.
- Add optional tags for internal organization.
- Create the location and verify its details in Grid and Table views. Check its pin in Map view.
- Open Visits to review location activity recorded through post-shift reports.
Details
- Add a map position so the location appears in Map view.
- The shift address field can also create a location.
