How to track ambassador program assets
Track each banner, device, kit, or sample from storage through its campaign use.

Open: Admin portal → Asset Inventory → Add Inventory Item.
What to do
- Create the item with a recognizable label, asset type, status, location, owner, and supporting details.
- Link the asset to the person or place that holds it. Add the activation when relevant.
- Use status and context badges to identify storage, transit, possession, activation, review, or unavailability.
- Record relevant events such as shipment, repair, damage, use, transfer, or distribution.
- Use the activity and audit views to reconstruct what changed and who recorded it.

- Required assets can be attached to shifts and checked before ambassador assignment.
- Avoid putting sensitive serial numbers or personal information into public-facing descriptions.
