How ambassadors use announcements and training resources
Use announcements and training resources as you work through the program.
Ambassadors
Open: Ambassador app → Announcements Board. Learning materials appear under Resources and Training Modules.
What to do
- Open new announcements and acknowledge or answer polls where required.
- Use Documents and Links for policies, talking points, event instructions, and program resources.
- Open assigned training modules and work through each lesson.
- Complete quizzes or readiness checks when included.
- Return to the resource or module if an administrator requests another review.

- Some organizations require specific resources before other work is available.
- Download and share organization material only according to the program’s policies.
